My name is Lalou, I’m 27 years old. I have been passionate about sports since I was young and I decided to make sports my career by becoming a sports coach through a DEUST degree in Fitness Professions.
Nine years ago, I decided to join my first gym to develop my physique and gain confidence in myself in order to create a shield that could overcome my shyness. At the beginning, I didn’t really know how to train properly, I did it a bit haphazardly, and I wasn’t really serious about my diet etc…
Before starting, I was lean but had no muscular volume. My shoulders were quite narrow and I had thin legs. I had a certain base level of chest and shoulder muscles but my arms were thin, and what I wanted was to gain volume and be stronger! And that is what the program brought me. In 2 years, I really exploded! I started weightlifting at 136 lbs and currently weigh 176 lbs at 1.75 m.
I went from being a shy guy to a confident one! I was elected Men Universe France and Europe, I obtained my degree, and even made multiple appearances on television shows. This journey allowed me to gain a huge following on social media with 400k on Instagram and 900k on TikTok. In total, over a million people follow me for the motivation I provide.
